Bookings
All sessions pre-booked
Booking confirmation on receipt of non-refundable deposit.
Balance 2 weeks before event. Other options by arrangement.
Late bookings by arrangement.

Discounts
Group discounts become void and full prices apply if numbers fall below agreed level at time of booking.

Cancellations
No refunds after booking has been confirmed, except at the discretion of the management.
If we have to cancel for any reason if a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged we will refund any deposit paid, and deem this to be the extent of our liability.

Vouchers
Open or activity specific for any amount redeemable in full or part payment. Please note vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Participants
Are expected to conduct themselves in a proper manner.
Must ensure that they are physically capable to participate in event.
Must not behave in any way that endangers or disrupts the smooth running of the activity or endangers others.
Must listen, and comply with the instructions of staff.
Must wear sensible clothing and stout footwear conducive to participating in outdoor activities.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to take part. (please note there will be no refund in these circumstances)

Use of own shotgun/ cartridges
Client must hold a valid shotgun certificate, ensure gun is in serviceable condition, and be responsible for their safe keeping at all times.
Use of own airgun
Client must ensure that any air rifle is below 12ft/lbs muzzle velocity, and pistols are below 6ft/lbs muzzle velocity.

We have a number of all weather shelters which enable us to operate in most weather conditions.
